We are proud to present the first production of Prunier Osciètre caviars, after more than 12 years of long and patient breeding of our sturgeon "Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii" at the Manufacture Prunier, according to the rules of art. This range of Prunier Osciètre caviars is a perfect complement to our traditional Prunier caviar range. During production, we can select the grains by size, colour and consistency, thus ensuring an outstanding organoleptic experience.
Prunier Osciètre Héritage is an iconic and rare caviar from the Prunier House.
It represents only 1% of the annual production.
Its grain is slightly larger, very creamy, melting in the mouth, developing delicate and complex aromas. Golden-brown in colour, it is the lightest of the Prunier Osciètre range.
