We are proud to present the first production of Prunier Osciètre caviars, after more than 12 years of long and patient breeding of our sturgeon "Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii" at the Manufacture Prunier, according to the rules of art. This range of Prunier Osciètre caviars is a perfect complement to our traditional Prunier caviar range. During production, we can select the grains by size, colour and consistency, thus ensuring an outstanding organoleptic experience.
Prunier Osciètre Supérieur, with light brown-grey grains and a creamy texture, will delight the most subtle palates by giving them a unique aromatic persistence.
